Vibe & Co is a network of leadership makers with the common tasks of developing living leadership in Danish and international companies and organizations.
The company was founded in 2009 and is run by Hanne Vibe. Hanne has a long professional experience within leadership development and organizational development in large and medium sized corporations, private as well as public.
We assist top management and HR in developing the organizational leadership and leaders, who can create development and sustainable long term results. We cooperate with successful, exploratory and ambitious leaders and organizations. They are humble, dedicated and insisting towards the task of creating short as well as long term results for the business, the people and society.
Our dream is to make a significant difference in the mindset around management, leadership and leadership development. Through our presence, approach and actions we deliver a significant contribution to the development of the leaders of tomorrow.
