Business based leadership development
The Danish Bank Corporate University is responsible for business based competence development in the entire group. Together with Corporate University, we have developed and implemented a number of leadership programs, including team leadership, change management and diversity management.
     
Logo Lundbeck   Lean leadership
After a couple of years with Lean implementation, Supply Operations and Engineering at Lundbeck had spotted a large need for creating a common understanding of and approach to the role as Lean leader for the 120 leaders. In close cooperation with Lundbeck SOE, we contributed with design, development and implementation of a one-year leadership program for all management levels.
