Vibe & Co consider DOING the most important part at all of the learning process. By DOING we mean walking the talk and sustaining the changes. We have a long experience in what it takes to succeed with this critical point in any development process.

 

The goal of DOING is that the leader sees the entire chain of connections from overall strategy to how he/she is developing as a leader and to what he/she does during a work day.

 

Therefore, it is of great importance to consciously train new skills every day, and once in a while dare to walk on thin ice.

 

We believe that most often it is the many small steps, which lead to significant break through as a leader. But most important is the walking instead of just the talking.

 

With this perspective, we take the leadership development all the way into reality and every day work life, and make reality the real training and development track. This approach is also known as “Action Learning” or behavior based learning.
